What's the relationship to Folderly?

Folderly Solo is a Folderly product — same engineering team, same engine, scoped down to a one-mailbox tier. Belkins (Folderly's parent company) operates the brand. If you outgrow Solo, migrate to the team tier without changing backends.

How is this different from Folderly Lens?

Both are Folderly products. Folderly Solo manages deliverability for one mailbox you own (DNS audit, warm-up, monitoring). Folderly Lens audits a whole domain estate for agencies (KILL/REHAB/KEEP register, external-only). Solo if you send from one mailbox; Lens if you bought 15+ domains from a reseller.

Can I upgrade to Team later?

Yes. Migration credit applies — every $39/mo paid on Solo counts against future Team tier setup. No data loss; same backend, same engine.

What if I have multiple mailboxes?

Solo caps at 1 mailbox. For 2–5 mailboxes, the Team tier ($400) is the right move. Below 25 mailboxes you're underutilizing Team — Solo + add-on mailboxes ($15 each) is on the Q3 2026 roadmap.

Do you do email warm-up via spam farms?

No. Real-recipient warm-up via the Folderly partner network — your mailbox gradually establishes reputation by sending to genuine, engaged inboxes that reply and click. No bots, no fake conversations.

What's the refund policy?

14-day full refund. Reply to support@folderly.com (Folderly support) or vlad@belkins.io (founder). Cancel any time via Stripe.
