What's the relationship to Folderly?

Folderly Solo is a Folderly product operated as a human-reviewed, one-mailbox managed beta. If you outgrow it, Folderly can assess a team-tier fit separately; Solo does not promise an automatic migration.

How is this different from Folderly Lens?

Both are Folderly products. Folderly Solo starts with a human-reviewed report for one owned or authorized mailbox; compatible ongoing services may be activated after onboarding. Folderly Lens is the separate external-only domain-estate audit offer.

Can I upgrade to Team later?

Ask Folderly support for a current team-tier assessment. No migration credit, data transfer, or upgrade terms are included in the Solo purchase unless confirmed separately in writing.

What if I have multiple mailboxes?

Solo caps at one mailbox per subscription. Contact Folderly for a current multi-mailbox option; add-ons and roadmap dates are not part of this offer.

Do you do email warm-up via spam farms?

Warm-up is not automatically active at checkout. If the mailbox and provider pass compatibility, access, and safety checks, onboarding will document the available warm-up method and limits before activation.

What's the refund policy?

14-day full refund. Reply to support@folderly.com (Folderly support) or vlad@belkins.io (founder). Cancel any time via Stripe.
